So the UFC has grown massively over the last few years, thanks in part to an enigmatic Irishman that has thrust it into our consciousness. Conor McGregor has brought the sport in the octagon on from a group of fighters only a few people had ever heard of to the mainstream.

You might think that the UFC has only been around for a few years so it would probably shock you to hear that it’s been a hell of a lot longer than that – since 1993! While the first version of UFC doesn’t bear much resemblance to what we currently see on our screens it’s still the same crazy fighters and the pandemonium is still the same.
