In the above video, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice defends torture (my word, not hers) and delivers a bunch of lies. There are several significant comments in this video, among them Rice’s Nixon-esque position that whatever Bush ordered was legal because Bush, as president, ordered it. Also, she blatantly lies about the International Committee of the Red Cross’s position on Guantanamo.
